Reservations and prices

Availability, prices in euros and the selected offer's conditions are shown in the official Rentlio booking system. Choosing dates on this website does not create a reservation. A booking is complete only after confirmation by the booking system. Check the total amount, taxes, charges and any extras before confirming.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

Payment methods and deadlines, cancellation, no-show and refund conditions depend on the selected offer. They are displayed before booking and in the confirmation. Some offers do not allow free cancellation. To change or cancel a booking, or ask about a refund, use the link in your confirmation or contact the property.

Arrival and special requests

Check arrival and departure times, minimum stay and house rules in the selected offer. Please contact us before booking about early arrival, extra beds, cots, accessibility, pets or transfers. Special requests are subject to the host’s confirmation.

Written complaints

Send a written complaint to info@seaside-apartments.hr or by post to the registered office above. Include your name, contact information and booking reference, if available. We respond within the applicable statutory period.
