Enquiries and bookings

When you contact us, we process information you provide, such as your name, contact details and enquiry, to respond or arrange your stay. This is based on pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract. Information required for guest registration, invoicing and other statutory duties is processed to meet legal obligations.

Rentlio and payments

The search form sends your selected dates, adult count, children’s ages, unit count and selected apartment to Rentlio Booking Engine. Contact and payment information is entered in the booking system. This website has no card-data fields and does not store card details. Rentlio and payment providers process reservations and payments according to the selected offer’s configuration. Their privacy information is available during booking.

Technical data and external services

The hosting provider may log IP addresses, access times and requested pages to deliver and secure the website. This website uses no marketing or analytics cookies. Google Maps and the Medius360 virtual tour load only after your click; those providers then receive information needed to display the content, including your IP address. You can close external content and use the website without loading it. WhatsApp is a separate service with its own privacy terms.

Retention and recipients

Information is kept as needed for enquiries, stays, requests and applicable legal obligations. Authorised hosting, booking, payment and accounting providers and legally entitled authorities may receive relevant data. External services may process information outside the European Economic Area; their privacy policies explain the applicable safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on the processing basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn where processing relies on it.
