TERMS OF USE
Stay for all children under the age of 3 in bed provided is free of charge. Tax is included in the price. The amount of tax per person: 7 kn adults, children aged 12-18 have a 50% discount, children under 12 do not pay BP. The property owner is subject to VAT payments under the provisions of Art. 90 para. 2 of the Law on VAT with value 13%.
The apartment will be available from 14:00 pm on the day of arrival, and until 11:00 am on the departure day. Outside this time, if necessary, luggage can be left with us safely, so please contact us regarding this matter and if necessary inform us timely.
Methods of payment: immediately after arrival, otherwise the host will keep guests personal document (identity card, passport) till the final payment. Key lost is charged in the amount of 750.00 kn / € 100.
The rental price includes use of the Internet, heating, air conditioning, electricity, equipment and appliances, towels, sheets, soap, dishwashing liquid and laundry. The price also includes cleaning, but nevertheless please leave the apartment clean and tidy, as You’ve found it.
For your safety, the apartment has a security door, and money and valuables can be stored in the safe. However, guests have to take care of the security of personal property and valuables left in the apartment and the host is not responsible for the loss of mentioned personal belongings. Please lock the front door of the apartment, when you’re inside and when going out be sure to lock doors and windows, turn off air conditioning or heating, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances. The owner preserves the right in the absence of the guests, in particular circumstances, to enter the apartment to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guest at the accommodation about the entry into the apartment on the first possible occasion. Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing other guests and residents, particularly the creation of noise in the time from 14:00 to 16:00 hours and 11:00 p.m. to 07:00 hours is strictly forbidden.
Only guests registered at the arrival are allowed to stay at the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the apartment (permitted on the balcony), organizing parties and stay of more people than agreed will be considered a violation of the conditions of the lease.
Removing of equipment and devices from the apartment is forbidden. If there is a power outage in the apartment or damage to equipment, installations, furniture, appliances, the guest is obliged to immediately notify the host. If this occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding value equivalent on the spot. The apartment may not be used for activities contrary to Croatian laws. In case of violating of house rules, the host has the right to refuse further providing of services.
The host is obliged to keep Your privacy, and third parties will not give information about Your stay in the apartment. However, because of the legal obligation to report the stay of the guests to the tourist board of the city of Split, paying the taxes and reporting requirements of your stay to the police if you are a foreigner from outside the EU, in order to legally regulate your stay in Croatia, it is necessary to please provide your identity card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival in order to register at the Tourist office.
